Hi, I’m Arian!
A pracademic with a passion for blending research and practice to drive meaningful change. With 10 years of experience in promoting wellbeing at work, occupational resilience, and leadership development, I support individuals, teams, and organisations to create and foster mentally healthy workplaces - for everyone!
How I work
-
My work focuses on an evidence-based approach informed by cutting-edge research blended with practical insights.
I draw on research that is informed by and contributes to practice, with a particular focus on work and organisational psychology, occupational resilience, and coaching psychology, to ensure that everything I do is purposeful, effective, and ethically sound.
Clients can expect that my work is not only insightful but also backed up with rigorous empirical research.
-
Every client is unique—and so is every rethinking work journey. I tailor my approach to specific individual needs, the context, goals, and strengths.
Whether working with organisations, teams, or individuals, I foster a collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to shape their own journey of personal and professional development.
-
Rethinking work requires a holistic approach that engages the whole person. I work with clients to enable cognitive insight (head), increase emotional awareness and purpose (heart), and focus on hands-on practical actions (hands).
This holistic lens fosters and encourages sustainable change within individuals, teams, and organisations – ensuring your learning journey becomes a lived experience.
About my journey
A hybrid career spanning across academia, consultancy, and evidence-based practice.
-
Building upon a former senior managerial HR role and several positions in consultancy, I’ve successfully led initiatives in workplace mental wellbeing, leadership development, organisational change management, and delivered executive coaching’s across Australia and Europe.
-
Since 2018, am running my own coaching and consulting business as I know how important it is to translate research into practice – this is almost 10 years ago and still counting! I delivered tailored workshops focussing on stress management, work design, and leadership development across a broad range of industry sectors.
My freelance activities also included assessment services for mid senior and senior positions (up to c-level). I also started to deliver coaching sessions with an evidence-based focus and completed a coaching education certified by the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP).
-
My academic journey reaches back more than 15 years exploring the dynamics of work design, occupational resilience, and workplace mental health. I’ve contributed to and worked in international projects and published my work in top-tier journals.
I also still work in a Senior Lecturer role and collaborate with different universities, industry partners, and policymakers to translate research into impactful practice.
