Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment, the reserved time is scheduled exclusively for you.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty that equates to 50% of the appointment costs.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment via the appointment confirmation email you received or via email arian@ak-rethinkingwork.com.au.  

Clients with a pattern of no-shows or late cancellations might need to prepay for future appointments.
